Green Planet - How do I get started?

I've installed the dlc but I can't see any changes, either on a new map or on an advanced save game. What do I do to get started with terraforming?

You have to research the terraforming tech's. In steam library select this game, scroll down till you see "manage my dlc" down at right side. Then be sure the dlc installed either checking the box or unselect it and select it again. Then load up game. You should have terraforming tech tree in Research menu.

You'll need to start a new game once you get the DLC installed. The Green Planet DLC won't affect existing saves.

There is a mod to backport green planet into existing saves, but it isn't completely reliable, breaking on some planetary missions. It's generally best to start afresh.
