Dome Removal Issue

I've built quite a few domes throughout the life of this colony, and as I've reached the later stages of this game I've built all new domes and moved everyone out of the older facilities to the better more efficient ones. During the entire life of this colony only two people died, both by suicide. Furthermore, the first one did it in dome #4 while the other one did it outside if I remember right. Their bodies have long since been removed by the game. But using this mod that shows a dome's connected objects it shows that there is something at the bottom right corner of the map, beyond the border connected to the dome. Yet, the dome has had all life support, power, water, buildings, people, pets, landscaping removed. The only other thing that was in this dome would be the corpse. Or at least it is the only thing I can think of, I have removed everything in all the listings that the dome said were connected to it in any fashion, IE: storages. Can anyone assist?

Everything was completely cleared all the way out to the outside radius of the dome, people, pets, dependencies. I used this mod to check and found that the dome had an invalid object off the bottom right corner of the map dependent on it. This is what was blocking me from scarping the dome. Thank you for replying and your efforts.

Here is the mod I used, make sure once you've loaded up a save file to hit escape and go into "mod options" to remove invalid objects and so forth. When you click on an object like normal it will have an option in the regular ui up at the top right of your screen to show the connected objects. According to the mod it is a safe bet that if you have a connection link shooting off beyond the edge of the map that you have an invalid object that needs to be and should be removed. Thanks for the info. I hate invalid objects, they plague me in real life as well.
