Underground Elevators
How do you build the new elevators? The tooltip says it must be on a surface/underground passage. I can't find the passage in the build menu. I know the answer is staring me in the face.

There's an entrance. It's usually beside an anomaly. You'll get the pop-up once you've analyzed that anomaly.

Greyish circle of rocks, there should be two of them on your map.

no they are visible from the start
