Problem is I've run out of advance resources and I can't get more because the rockets won't launch. They're all stuck

+1 same issue, it's like the Rare Metals business tanked and I can't sell anymore. Any ships waiting to load any exports just get stuck.

Also, another ship on auto got stuck at 0/30 exports and never got service to load, even with multiple full piles around it, it's own drones...etc.... 2 rockets stuck now!

take it off automatic. It won't leave unitl it cargo hold is full and if you have no rare metals to export it will never leave. If you don't have a fuel refinery yet then it takes a long time to fill up the gas tanks.

No no, I have over 2000 fuel excess and 200 rare metals. It's not an issue of range, drones, fuel, etc.

There's one litterlly stuck that says "Take off in progress" 100% filled with exports and fuel, emptied of else, just sitting there.

Another is sitting there full of fuel, no exports, tons avaliable, won't load and also will not launch regardless of settings (for both so far, going to try a third I guess through money through research....)

same here
edit: for what it's worth: the rocket was supposed to launch during an electromagnetic dust storm. afterwards, the rocket became unresponsive, won't get launched despite being full of fuel and metals. i can't either launch, nor unload the rocket, it just... sits there. drones are able to use it to recharge, though.
also, my colonists still had the "dust storm is raging" debuff a few good days after the storm. maybe the rocket never got unflagged with the "storm in progress" modifier. why i can't unload it is beyond me.

If you shipped in drones with the rockets, those drones will be assigned to the rocket. It needs to be able to reassign those drones to another drone controller in its range or it can't take off. The controllers can only have so many drones assigned to them and you also have a maximum drone limit for your whole colony. As far as I can tell the game never tells you if there's a problem reassigning the drones.

You also need to make sure the rocket is completely emptied (remember, passenger rockets come with food that you need to offload).

These are just the two issues I've come across that kept the rockets grounded.

Its none of that my 3 rockets that got grounded were all on auto mode so they were not bringing anything from earth at all i sadly did not notice till a couple of sols passed and they werent moving so i didnt even have the option to reload a save

I'm having the same issue... no drones assigned (it was an automatic rocket), full fuel, full rare and it's stuck in 'take off progress' no matter what I do. I have removed it from automatic, clicked on the take off button, changed it priority, nothing helps.
