Biorobotic workshop

I am sorry if this has been talked about. But how do I get the Biorobotic workshop? What do I need to do to get this done?

Any help would be great.

You first have to research Creative Biorobotics in the Biotech research tree. After you research it, you can then build the workshop like other normal in-dome buildings
