Bought the Space Race pack, but it doesn't show up in game?

I made sure it downloaded properly, and that all three new DLCs show as installed, and yet when I load Surviving Mars it comes up with "Space Race: Buy it now!" but no way to actually play it.

I've double checked that it is downloaded (and Steam won't let me buy it again), I linked my Paradox and Steam accounts, I "turned it off then on again" but it's still not showing up.

Any hints or tips? This will be my last chance to play before a two week road trip, and I'd love to play around with the new features.

I still have that tease at the beginning of the game, next to New Game, Load Game, etc., but you should have noticed the new menu(s).

go to your steam client and click on the game, it should list all the installed dlc's you own.

I gotta admit, its a bit confusing. The advertisement should go away when it can detect that the DLC is installed. And the ad also gives the impression its an entire campaign being added, not just a couple features. I hadn't even noticed a difference until an hour or so into a new game.

To expand on this more specifically, there will be a list with checkboxes in your library for each selected game you have installed; check the checkboxes to ensure the DLC actually gets downloaded and installed for the game. This was covered with the Mystery Resupply DLC.
