This game system requirement is very low. You will be able to play this game with your GTX 850M.

I saw the hd4000 as min, but I don't know how to compare desktop processors to laptop.

My i7 with NVIDIA 630 is running it fine. I have to stay on minimum specs (I tried upping even just terrain to medium and it began to lag), but at minimum it runs quite smoothly for me. With an 850, you might be able to get away with a couple of details on higher-than-minimum settings. As long as gameplay is more important to you than having the game be as flashy as possible, I don't see any reason why you couldn't run it if I can.

Out of curiosity I installed it on a Miix 700, running a m5-6Y54, 8GB RAM, integrated graphics 515, 2160 x 1440

It runs around 20FPS on lowest Quality. Not that nice.

But: its actually playable without the keyboard, as a pure Tablet with the Pen for Click/Right-Click. Slower than using key shortcuts but playable! If only the FPS could get improved somehow ...
