26 N 148E :All disasters but at least with minerals (Coldwave while twister kills power is fun).
27 N 107W :Barren and hilly.

Reason for the hardest having similar topography is that each topography name, seems to pull form the same map pool.
You got relatively flat, Steep, rough & mountaneous as map-pools, with mountaneous or rough as highest difficulty modifiers, not sure.
and not that much of a challange even a 400%+
The maps are a little boring and repetative as well.
I thought maps were randomly generated?
This is currently less useful than it seems, because the maps are not auto-generated and IMO the game is concealing this fact. The resource locations are randomized to some extent.... I heard you have to restart the game to get this to happen.
