Standard Edition = Base game + Stellaris Dome
Delux Edition = Base game + Stellaris Dome + Deluxe Upgrade Pack
First Colony Edition = Base game + Stellaris Dome + Deluxe Upgrade Pack + Season Pack
Taking you for every cent they can
The Stellaris dome set is a thematic set of visual skins for the Martian domes with a futuristic design and star-shaped elements. It is available for the following domes:
- Basic Dome: A small dome, suitable for the early days of the colony.
- Medium Dome: A medium-sized dome design.
- Oval Dome: An elongated dome design, which has space for two Spires.
- Mega Dome: The most advanced and spacious dome design.
The Deluxe Upgrade Pack of Surviving Mars provides ambitious colonists with a variety of new ways to customize their new homes and domes. New content includes:
• The “Metropolis” Building Set: Add some chrome to your dome with a shiny new visual upgrade to your infrastructure, providing you with chromatic skins for Oxygen Tanks, Water Towers, Fuel Refineries, and more.
• Radio Station: An additional in-game radio station, with new music and chatter, comes exclusively with the Deluxe Upgrade Pack.
• New Housing Styles: Three alternative skins for residential housing structures allow you to add different flair and design to your colonies.
The Season Pass, will add two full expansions and two content packs to Surviving Mars in the months following launch.

I remember, and that's why I don't pay for that crap. I buy the base game. And if that base game is good enough that I am still playing it when the "enhanced content" (I usually have moved on), then I evaluate -if- I want to pay for the additional content. It is absolutely stoopid to pay for content you more than likely will never play. Well, more than likely -I- will never play.
I don't even buy the deluxe crap ... I don't care about having a different texture, or a different housing style in a solo freaking game! Who am I trying to impress?
