What does the RC Dozer Do?

I had an anomaly that gave me one. I thought it could do Landscaping things (flatten, etc..). It does nothing but move waste rock. Any info would be appreciated.

waste rock is essential in landscaping projects.. It does exactly that.

in addition to what Zyntra said, it means your landscaping process will finish faster because the dozer carries a lot of waste rock.

and it's not only little hills or bumpy areas that need to be flatten, sometimes bigger obstacles like mountain or big rock formations, which take a lot of work, you need an RC Dozer to do the job faster.

I always have 1 or 2 dozers, put on Automatic, and I don't care about them any more, they do the job automatically.

How do you set them on automatic?

you'll get a research eventually, about early mid-game I think, in which your dozers, transports, explorers, go automatic.
