Do domes transfer power/water/oxygen?

Can I connect pipes and power lines between domes or does each dome need its own individual connection? As in does POWER SOURCE --> DOME --> DOME mean the second dome has power?

as long as you have power cables and pipelines between the domes then yes, you will transfer those resources, also make sure that the pipelines are connected to the blue icons of the dome otherwise in my experience they dont transfer, and i know that the tunnels are supposed to transfer but i havent seen it happen in my games

Yes. It helps a lot on saving cables and pipes, which means less maintainance.

Awesome, thanks for the help. I was having problems connecting life support while also having passages since they can't cross each other.
