How do I unlock the mohole hole?
I've heard the mohole hole is a building that produces an infinite amount of metals and rare minerals. When will I get the tech to build it?

When you research the tech in the tree for the MoHole.

It usually falls in the last 2-3 slots of the tech tree.

There is also an event that can occur called Leap Forward that allows you to reveal it early, I have revealed it as early as Sol 10 with the event.

Like the link I quoted says - it always falls in slot 19 out of 20. The only exception is the tech chaos game rule.

In my game it was the last tech in it's tree. I unlocked and just built it. The Metals and Rare Minerals are already rolling in.

Yeah I am positive I have seen it in the last slot, and also seen it in the 18th slot.

Wikis aint always 100% correct. Finding the coordinates that it appears in slots other than 19th would be where you would need to start, since a map coordinate keeps the same tech order and breakthroughs.
