Your hub can handle a maximum of 8 drones.
You currently have 2 drones assigned to it.
They are working 100% and are not able to do all the "jobs" in range.
Solutions:-
Assign more drones to the hub up to the maximum.
Increase the maximum.
Build another drone hub (close enough that they can reach each other, but as far apart as possible.
Move a commander (with drones) into range.
Land a rocket (with drones) into range.
you can assign drones by clicking on a Hub or a Commander that have a lot of drones, click the Minus ( - ) button on the top left as many times as the number of drones you need... and go to the Hub that needs the drones and click the Plus ( + ) button. It will Reassign the drones to the new hub from the old.
You can import drones from Earth with the Supply Rockets, maximum 20 drones each time. Later on in the game, you get a Drone Assembler in which you can build your own drones, and reassign them the same way.
it's good practice if each time you get supplies from earth to add some drones each time as well, they will help unload the Rocket when it reaches Mars and when the rocket leaves they will stay, will be added on the closest Hub I think.
So yes, I'd say trying to run your hub with only 2 drones probably had them working a tad bit hard.
