I'm thoroughly enjoying this game, however I have a few questions. Is it possible to create a new profile? also I clicked on the campaign tab to find the Karachi campaign but now I can't get back to the chapters - can someone help me on this?

I can help with the latter. Basically, you have to click "back out" in the top right corner when on the campaign screen as often as needed to get to the view where you can see Karachi. It only has a singly sub-campaign, btw.
