When I try to put the game in fullscreen, it seems like my monitor (which has a display resolution of 1360 x 768) doesn't play nice. It immediately loses the signal and can't display at all. When I try to Ctrl+Alt+Del, the task manager pops up, but if I return to the game I just get a blank screen.
This is on Windows 10, by the way. It could very well be the desktop resolution that's messing the game up.
start the game and go to option to change the language from Japanese to English....
Thanks!
But I don't sure whther ths is a game bug or a problem about my old computer.
Far preferable to input lag but if it's really distracting you could try adding Vsync=1 to the "Daifukkatsu.ini" file in the games folder (New Game DDPR)

Just wanted to verify that this is happening to me as well.
Oh I'm not the only one, that's a relief.
Also the visual c++ resdistributables weren't included for me
