fixes:

fixed game running strangely on monitors with high refresh rates
minor change to north cliffs to make stars easier to see
fixed interior objects on houses not hiding correctly when may is outside of house
made restaurant stove wait to consume fuel until may finishes interacting with it, to prevent being able to put in and take out fuel and run stove with no fuel
Fixed Cliff name in bug bait request
fixed some tawny waypoints
fixed finnickiness on covered bridge ladder
fixed being able to run up bowling railing
made bottles full fortune only show when may has an oil bottle and hasn't fed an oil bottle to HP

improvements:

added gclock request to deconstruct something
new marquee on jeans splicer
removed label from splicer box, made tulip talk about it if may either has request from ghost or request from dolphinstein
set dialog UI to replace straight quotes with curly quotes
Put hoopjoob and spikes on town Hall roof
changed save data to use vector3int for positions
minor dialog improvements
gave scout a furniture corner with mushroom table and chairs

Table food puzzle...

What am I missing? I've put the pepper stake on the head and the Salad Nicoise on the foot of the table... I've tried every possible combination of Paella and Ratatouille on the other plates and nothing works...I am letting one empty because I assume that's "Fats" and he doesn't eat anything and always on the oposite side of the "ratatouille" because that's Lass...so can someone help here? I am lost here...
