If you optimalizing for CPU, you want your miners to have as much worker part possible, so they can mine source in lest possible ticks, so you awoid paying 0.2 CPU for each mine parts.

Energy priority: Spawn > Ext > Scarab(s) = Beetle(s) > Base Containers
Scarab - Primary builder, repairs if no sites up, Upgrades if Beetles are up;
Beetle - lumbering juggernaut of energy, primary base repairer, being mobile-storage, Scarab(s) steal energy, while insect(s) refuel it. if containers(in base) are full too. Fills Storage then reload from Base containers.
Ant - Sits on node forevermore, container mining. . .
have in mind 2 other classes, but yet to complete code for'em: Mantis (combat/scout), Roach (Long-range miner/builder)

miners - Go to the nearest source and mine into a container that they sit on top of
haulers - Take energy from source containers to storage or spawn/extensions if storage hasn't been built yet
builders - Build and repair buildings
upgrades - Upgrade the controller
claimer - Claims a new room
reserver - Reserves a room or attacks the controller if it's already claimed
defender - A bit of a misnomer, just a basic move/attack/tough creep. used for both offense and defense
drainer - A creep with only heal and toughness, used to drain dead rooms towers so they can be looted
