Signal from the Pipes - matches/lighter location?

Lighter/matches are included automatically in the inventory or it is possible to find them somewhere in the last part of the story?

Because in my savegame its not included and I've found no walkthrough where matches/lighter is located.

I must have left the flint lighter in the tunnel at the railway station. don't tell me I have reached a game breaking error.

I just watched a youtube walkthrough to check if it was in the player inventory after using it to get rid of the bees and it wasn't there. looking for the temple segments and during the laser lights segment t wasn't there either but appeared at the scared bridge. The youtube video didn't show it being picked at all so where is it. okay I saw a walkthrough maybe from russia player and the lighter is in my box stuff along with the other knife.

John and Lynne, you are fine. If you go back to your ostrich, you will find the lighter in a box the youkals collecting your things in. Even though the knife was still in my inventory, I still had to "retrieve" it from the box. I couldn't use it without doing that. Good luck.
