Report a translation problem
I was hoping there would be a previous save which a lot of games do incase the current save gets messed up, but unfortunately like so many other bad design choices, this game only has one save and no backup.
Luckily I manually back up my saves from every game I play for this very reason, but it is still annoying because now I have to repeat the last 30 minutes exploring Baranour.
I'm not sure if there is anything in the save that would prevent it from being compatible for another person, but I uploaded a couple saves if anyone wants to try it.
The save should be located in this folder:
C:\Users\ (your username) \AppData\LocalLow\Microids\Syberia3
Right after getting the radiation googles after you land at Baranour:

If you already completed most of Baranour and don't want to replay it, here is a save at the end of this section. Maybe check a let's play if you aren't sure if you missed anything. It is after pulling the ship up on the shore and all you have to do is let the animals out of the back and watch the cut scene:
