You might also take care, that there as less other programs running, which also take memory.
So perhaps do a fresh restart of the computer and then see if programs have a disable function.
Afterwards you can do a new restart and those other programs should be up again (in most cases ;)
Next to that there are some programs on the market that can automatic disabling certain Windows processes that might not be necessary at that time, and/or to speed up the processor perhaps.
But those still should be done with care and knowledge what to do. So i mention it, just as option.
I asked my husband to install Bootcamp at his Mac.
A machine with 32 Gb memory, SSD, 4 Ghz Quad Core Intel I7 and AMD Radeon R9 M395X with 4 Gb memory. Seems powerful to me, however even worse, How on earth is that possible?
But are we talking about a Windows pc or a Mac with bootcamp?
Why bootcamp???
It says it runs on Mac...
MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Mac OS X 10.8+
Additional Notes: Resolution max is 1920x1080
RECOMMENDED:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
Steam itself tells the games will nor run at Big Sur (our OS) and Catalina.
Of course we tried it first directly, without all the bootcamp fuzz, it just don't run.
Al kind of alterts popped up in red at the Steam site. All the stuff here is 64-bit.
I even doubt if there is one game that will run under Big Sur, in spite of all the "runs at Mac" stories. Sigh !
Sounds like big slur to me. But imagine Ubisoft made an update for their 2014 Rocksmith program to work on it... While development was stopped long time ago. I still see people having trouble with it.
And i guess not all developers go with that....
But then again, i didn't have any problem with syberia game. Except for the occasional bugs...
On my older laptop with Windows 10....
Not to mock you in any kind. But what's slow in your opinion, cause these games started as side scrolling games, and were never that fast. This version 3 is different from the two before, but still not that fast.
Only the newest one in development can be said from the preview, its more on current standards.
But yeah in interaction you learn the most for sure.
