Syberia 3 "vcruntime140.dll cannot load library" -problem solved

So I finally managed to solve the problem many of us seem to have with launching the game.

The thing is I had to install "visual c++ redistributable package for visual studio 2015" from microsoft site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145. There you can choose either 32- or 64-bit version.

But the installation didn't succeed (error code 80070652; another installation is already in progress) before doing this: I opened the task manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del), chose more details and then details. Then i scrolled down the list and ended two "msiexec.exe" -processes found there.
