Patch Note 3.0 [9/11/2017]

Hello everyone!

On top of the new downloadable content, called Syberia 3: An Automaton with a Plan, we are still improving the original game to ensure you have the best possible experience. Here are the upgrades included in the new patch:

- Added the Downloadable Content function.
- Made corrections to how game characters use staircases.
- Fixed some problems with saving games.
- Improved some cut-scenes
- Fixed problems with some cameras.
- Improved some visual effects.
- Fixed certain interactions.
- Fixed and improved the interfaces.
- Made text easier to read.
- Improved various graphics.
- Fixed some inventory problems.
- Fixed conditions for triggering achievements.
- Fixed various localization problems.
- Fixed various problems with the point-and-click function.
- Optimized Olympia Stadium.
- Fixed various gameplay bugs.
- The Mac version includes the same correction and also includes upgraded support for the 1234 keys.

Thank you! Nice to see, that this game is not abandoned. :) I also noticed some general performance improvements. I have less micro stuttering and overall a better gameplay. Still not 100% but going the right direction!. THX!!! Keep on making this game great again!

is manuel save and/or skippable dialogues implemented yet?

Is there no plan for the Japanese language?
It is included in Syberia 1&2.
On the other hand, Syberia 3 includes Korean and Traditional-Chinese that not included in 1&2.
Does someone get and do not exercise the right?

I have the game configured in Spanish (voice and texts), but at the beggining of the DLC, the plates are shown in Italian. Afterwards, the game is correcly shown and spoken in Spanish.

Just finished the German version including DLC using the GOG version (should be newest version there):

I still experienced the following bugs several times

- Cut off dialogue
- Dialogue pausing mid scentence
- Lip syncing almost non existant esppecially in the beginning (gets better later in game)
- Mouse pointer sometimes vanishing
- In Olympia area one hotspot to exit the area is not shown when playing with mouse. Pressing a key helps.
- Changing specific areas - especially in the first city where Steiner is working leads to severe stuttering - streaming seems to be badly here.
- Loading times are way too long
. When a certain character (don't want to spoil) is meeting some dogs he say in German "Oh, wie weich" which translates to "Oh, how soft" and which totally does not fit what he should say. IN the same area there is a water hose looking at it the character say "Ein schöner Raum" translöating to "A beautiful room". Do you even pay the people responsible for localisation?

I also do wonder how the save files are working. I have several but not all save files stored in my save game folder. Is th egame supposed to only save a specific amount of save files? If so ... WHY? I want to be able to revisit every area I visited before therefore I tend to keep all my saves.
