can't get out of the hospital room, dialog in the way

everytime I try to grab the knife on the table, the dialog "box" gets in the way and I can't get it. I love this series but with all the issues, I may ask for a refund. :( Any ideas will be great

you must click on knife or table not Kurk. sometimes dots are close to each other and you can click on another point. check the sign of an interaction

the game is more linear than syberia 1 and 2, you must do actions in right order. look at the door mechanism and a picture on it. go to the table (sign interaction - magnifying glass) move the mouse on the knife, there will be to sign of interaction (a palm and something like gear) click when the palm is lit (you can switch it by the mous weel).
