Krystal model to get the key bug, can't click the anchor

I've already seen a few discussions here about this topic but let's put it one more time.

I can't pull the chain of Krystal model to get the key, camera not moving and I can't change resolution from 1440*900 (Macbook Pro 15"). And on top of that, i didn't receive any 1.1 update yet even auto update is on. Still can see the version as 1.0. What is this?

Despite of many negative reviews and feedback, I like the game. It's Syberia after all. But this, seriously? I bought the game and expect it to work somehow properly or well.

You make the code for the key. After that ,you go at the duplicate machine, and you put the new key for duplication, and open the box for the Kristal model's key. When you finish, you turn, and you can seen the model and the anchor for the following.

Followed the exact steps but still am stuck here. Unable to get anchor perspective.

Ok. Have you open the 2 boxes ? You must do all the preparation for the duplicate key. After that, turn and see the model and try to turn your camera in the top angle

I did this and worked :) In the key machine, put the blank model and dont spin the handle. When I come back to the ship model, I could see the perspective. Please give this a try

It seems that there is some confusion about the sequence of events in the making of the duplicate key. Perhaps if you like, watching this video walkthrough, part 08, starting at about 5:00 could help. (This was done on a PC, not a Mac but the clues may help Mac users)
Basically, the sequence is:

1) Turn on the model's light.
2) Insert crank & turn to lower the guard.
3) Zoom in on the plaque at the front & figure out the 4 numbers needed.
(98+2=100, 60, 80, 30) then reverse them = (30, 80, 60, 100)
4) Turn the paddle wheel to each number. When a correct number is achieved, the anchor will drop a bit.
5) After the last number is done click on the hot spot at the center of the anchor chain and drag it down to reveal the model key.
6) Click and turn the model key to remove it. Kate will say it's too small.
7) Go to the key machine and get a blank key
8) Put the miniature model key in the left cylinder.
9) Put the full size blank key in the right cylinder.
10) Crank the size control to 200.
11) Click the switch down to start.
12) Take the newly cut key from the right cylinder.
