Sale?

I have this on my wish list, though from my humble opinion rather want to wait on a sale. Currently I have not seen it be part of any major sale. Is this something the devs are not interested?

i was waiting for a sale as well, disappointing to see its still 19.99, even the evercade port of xeno crises comes with another game and its only 19.99. i might just pick it up anyways as ive been wanting it for quite awhile

Yeah, my research showed that even on other platforms, i.e. the Nintendso Swsitch, there are no sales. I will wait until the next summer sale, if I don't see it on sale by this time, I am okay to not purchase it on the requested price. I do not feel entitled for a sale, but I also don't feel the price of admission is one I pay. So I accept that it is not fated to be.

That is not entirely correct.
The game is available on GOG, and it has been discounted there at least 4 times in a year.

That's curious... dunno if -25% is the discount I'm angling for, but it's deffo better than nothing. Just wished I had everything within the STEAM client (I know it's odd an arbitrary)

Yeah I've been waiting a long time for it to go on sale on Switch as well. No offense to the devs of course, but it's just not worth full price to me.

The game is really good, $19.99 or not. I bought it on both Steam and PS Vita at full price. Worth imo.

Would have loved a vita copy ( i'm not much into buying rental ( digital ) , but alas they made it very limited and could not get one, and i won't pay the scalper prices on e b. 100+ dollars cad. Ps4 version is same. For digital i pay 5$ or nothing.

In case anyone was still waiting for a discount, the game is having its first ever Steam sale right now.
Strangely, it wasn't on sale during the first couple of days of the current Steam Autumn Sale, but earlier today it changed to 50% off.

Okay, I jsut restumbled on it and it seems that it is now discounted to 75%. I would have pulled the trigger for 50% but it seems I mised JCB's message; but getting a 75% waiting discount ain't bad either and if turns out just not for me, there is no real regret or so. So Devs, my coin was sent.

I picked it up at the $4.99 sale price today. As others have posted, you're pretty much out of luck if kb/m due to the terrible default controls and no custom keybindings (unless you have some utility software to get around it I guess?).

Although I generally enjoy it on controller, I'm having a hard time on Easy mode getting past even just the second set-of-levels area, and I think it's in part because the "8-direction cardinal aiming only" vs. a smooth 360-degree aiming as best top down shooters offer gets exasperating in terms of firing accurately.

And the arenas are cramped mostly with very little room to maneuver. If I compare it to something like the F2P Super Circuit Breakers, where the vast arenas leave plenty of room to maneuver, I think I prefer that.
