A list of things to improve
- Add a menu to configure key binding (the default sucks on an AZERTY keyboard).
- Add mouse support for aiming.
- Add some picture filters (scanline would be a nice to have).
- Display realtime score while playing.

Anyway the game is cool, and thanks for the Linux version :)

If you hold "Ctrl" as the game launches (at least on PC) you should get the standard Unity startup dialog box which allows you to change your key mappings - let me know if that works for you.

- Add mouse support for aiming.
That would require a reticle of some description - might work - will try it out when I have time!

- Add some picture filters (scanline would be a nice to have).
We've been looking into them today and they will hopefully make an appearance in the next update.

- Display realtime score while playing.
That wasn't actually possible on the Mega Drive version, but yes, we could add it to the modern versions, ideally as an option as I believe some players like the minimalist hud. :)

I tried the "Ctrl" trick, but it doesn't seem to work for me.
I'm running the game on Fedora Linux, so maybe it's an unsupported feature of Unity on Linux systems.
Thanks for your help anyway. I'm looking forward for the next update, but I'm already enjoying the game :)

Thanks! :) We're really busy right now sending out the physical Mega Drive copies of the game, but we hope to have an update for you all on here soon!

i suggest a checkpoint/savegame at the end of each level. The game is short but sometimes i want to split my gaming sessions
