Is there any romance ?

Is there any romance options or routes in this game?...i noticed building strong relationships with people/party is a strongpoint in this game. So i was curious if you can romance people as well.

Well it's a double edged sword tbh. So I rather have a bit more story and what not instead of Romance option. I must however commend you guys for having so many female characters right from the go. That's pretty cool and non of them seem stupidly forced.

Romance is a big part of the Persona games and the whole concept of the Social Link mechanic in general, so it's omission is a bit... odd, but Pixelated Milk is clearly going for a more lighthearted, comedic tone, which doesn't exactly lend itself to romance.

This is news to me. Romance was never a big part of the persona game in 3 and 4.
In 3 it was only to play around with female feelings mechanic and in 4 it was only about that valentines day scene. Thats it.
Rather small part truth be told.

Asking me, and the seemingly favorable outlook of a romance by the community, pixel could introduce a dlc introducing a few, fleshed out prospects for queendom. Or perhaps the dlc would amend previous characters to allow such a thing. Heck, why not do both? That way, people who like it could go for it, those in favor of not pursing it can easily avoid the dlc, and Pixel gets to keep working on Monarchs. Everbody wins, right?

Signy is the reason i gained interest in the game in the first place, so she'd obviously be my queen,but now i appreciate the game for its merits far beyond Signy though
