I think it's memory by sidewalks and skeletons. Some songs got cut from the OST due to licensing issues. Here is the complete playlist.

The official soundtrack does not contain all the music from the game. Most of the music is written by Zamilska. I found 2 of her albums. Many tracks from her albums are used in the game. Also in the game there is a song "Susumu Hirasawa - Island Door (Paranesian Circle)". The song plays in the city and this song is also not in OST. Maybe this is the song you're looking for.
