What if "Where Heaven falls" is just South Rengkok?

So I was thinking really hard on this question of "Where Heaven Falls" is. To figure this out I asked myself 2 seperate but related questions: 1. Were we given any hints as to locations related to Heaven ie Earth or Hell? How much time and effort (realistically) could be expected to spend on DLC to expand this game?

So I'll start with 2 because it's easier. So we know that creating and/or changing things within the hubworld is reasonably hard considering how little actually changed each time we came to South Rengkok and how small it was. I would also assume "Where Heaven falls" would have to be a hubworld as we would be meeting HER at a place that is safe to converse.

Which brings me to 1. Remember that fortune telling lady, Iching, looking for the coins? Well the 1st fortune she gives goes like this:

THE LIGHT HAS SUNK INTO THE EARTH: THE IMAGE OF DARKENING OF THE LIGHT.

NOT LIGHT BUT DARKNESS. FIRST HE CLIMBED UP TO HEAVEN, THEN HE PLUNGED INTO THE DEPTHS OF THE EARTH.

IN ADVERSITY IT FURTHERS ONE TO BE PERSEVERING.

Now there's a bunch of stuff about Puppy that I'm not really interested in, but I am really interested in the part that goes:
"FIRST HE CLIMBED UP TO HEAVEN, THEN HE PLUNGED INTO THE DEPTHS OF THE EARTH."
This suggests, considering that we get this fortune on the first level named "Heaven" and then leave it for South Rengkok, that "Earth" is South Rengkok. So he (Puppy) fell from Heaven to Earth.

So if "Where Heaven falls" is to Earth then South Rengkok is Earth. Therefore South Rengkok is "Where Heaven falls."

This is also supported by the fact that we literally destroyed "Hell" the level, but I'm also assuming the concept. So if there's nowhere lower to fall then Earth we will meet HER at South Rengkok.

The “depths of the earth'' may represent South Rangkok or a place worse. If heaven is the highest you can reach, then the deeper you go, closer you are to evil.

Maybe her other fortunes can tell us more.

I'm not so sure her other fortunes can do that. The Creeps' Nest fortune simply tells us why the Creeps failed to stop us (the Creeps were too "the little boy" and Nerve was too "the Strong Man) and also pointing out that we have no other purpose than to find our brother and must allow ourselves to follow in order to find purpose in this world.

The Hanza Compound fortune notices that there is something deeper going on here and that Heaven is fighting within itself. This is mentioned in the "ABYSS ON ABYSS" part of the fortune and also in that fortune's description. Also in the last line it talks about us as the CEO's (of Heaven) spare parts bucket being in a prison cell inactive for 3 years.

The Heaven fortune is a little interesting specifically the line in the fortune that says "Are you ready to face the transcendent?" at first I thought this "transcendent" was the CEO but now I'm thinking it was Her as we spent much more time with Her and as soon as we met the CEO we were supposed to hate him. But at the same time we now feel very weird about Her as She is now a plotting to destroy Heaven robot-A.I. thing, that lied to us but also destroyed Heaven. Also She 'transcends' Her personality to show us Her more 'kill everything' side.

I mean the "depths of earth" could mean something else but I think it means just the depths of human society to one of its worst places ie South Rengkok. Also Hell was destroyed so there's little left in Christian mythology to be lower than Earth after Hell's gone.
