My dudes, this game is absolutely fantastic, GOTY 2017 for me.
(yeah yeah, "seriously bro? what about [insert other game here], you need to play more games.")

Anyway, is there going to ever be a Limited Run/Signature Games Physical edition of the game that I can collect and proudly display on my shelf?

Woa, I have not heard about this one. I can't find any info on it, either. All I've got to go on is a PS4 physical that was cancelled due to some newly introduced ESRB mandate.
