Different outfit from gameplay in cutscenes

Silly question but I just started the game and I've seen in the settings that I have the Suit equipped. In the cutscenes the main character wears a jacket and blue pants but in gameplay sections he is wearing a suit, any way for my character to wear the outfit he has during cutscenes? Do I actually have to unlock the outfit he should be wearing by default? (i.e the one he wears in the cutscenes)

Hi Guts,

We had to make the cutscenes with only one type of outfit, cos it's prerendered. That's why we have chosen the one that's not available to be played with, and at the same time, we added a lot of different outfits to be unlocked over the playthrough.

i'm suing for false bait and switch advertising. also i slipped on a wet floor and fell in your store. ALSO you have no handicapped ramps anywhere and there are no fire exits.
