@Devs and Publishers: Linux support on day one ore just "maybe for exitement" like with SW2?

It almost reads like "remaining platforms" Would be GNU/Linux + MAC after PS4 and XBONE.

But that could just be me.

It is troubling because, really the game needs designing from the beginning to support these "other platforms" rather than being an afterthought...

Linux port is currently on hold. We have so much work around the current versions that we have to prioritize our efforts. We will think about it after the hottest period is over ;)

On my second computer I have Linux and Windows seperated on one HDD. Wouldn´t that solve the issue to skip the waiting time? I also use Linux first for programming, but I would never use it to play my games. On other boards, like Skyrim for example, this is also a HUGE topic. Give the Devs a bit time. They are one of the few on STEAM that actually care for their customers and respond to each problem asap!

It would solve the waiting time but the only reason we are waiting is because we want to play it on Linux. If this wasn't the case we would have just bought it on launch day and played it on Windows.
