KILLYOU! KILLYOU! KILLYOU!
I got this in the final arena battle before dealing with The Boss. From the start of the event you can chain enough enemies, but you may want to slow down time/have a good weapon.
Gotta get pumped!
Hold down x for like, 16 minutes. You need 1003 pushups.
Most of the other ones are straight forward. You can replay levels if you miss iChing coins, or the last few areas if you miss Ashes to Ashes or Kill'em ALL.
The only advice I have if you're missing the coins and stuff from the last levels is after the TrafficKing fight, head to the right instead of the left. There's a bunch of stuff tucked in there, including a coin and some angel/bodies.
overall I am a bit dumb and slowpoke. tho I don't have any problems with both Hotline Miamis Ach W**re (except genocide in HM2, worst nightmare ever), I need a full explained ach guide for this game.
tnx again bro, great job.
Go through the game so you know what to expect. Start a new game on easy and focus on upgrading dash and probably stun. Early on you mostly need to be careful about the traps the Creeps set in the first garage level (laser tripwires connected to shotguns), but you can stun bosses pretty easily.
I focused on deployable shields because I like shooting while blocking, but either shield is good with enough upgrades in it. The regular shield synergizes better with dashes once you get the ram ability, which stuns enemies. It depends on your preference. Just remember that you can't shoot/slash and actively use the bubble shield. It's important to keep that in mind when fighting Mother and other bosses.
With health upgrades from bosses and the skill tree you'll be pretty hard to kill, as long as you're paying attention to stuff. I checked the guide section, and apparently there's an exploit to get a ton of skill points before facing Nerve, so that'll probably trivialize the achievement real quick for most people until it's fixed.
Bonus for the Die Hard achievement: if you get to a point like me and you need to die 666 times (I hate achievements like this), the fastest way is by using the drop pod thing for weapons. I maxed it out and tapped shift on spawn. It'll show up in a few seconds and flatten you, probably a total of 5 seconds depending on your load times (I have the game on an SSD - not sure how long it'd be on HDD, so you'll have to time it). I have a Corsair mouse, which allows me to assign macros, but any macro software will allow you to set up a loop of shift, wait, R, wait. I walked away while Puppy got flattened about 500 times.
Not as fast as drop pod! ;D
