Time limit???
I like to take my time to develop my economy and have some time of peace in these tipes of games. Is there a time limit in this game?

The time limit is 100 years if you pick a particular epoch or 300 if you decide to play from the earliest starting point to the end, this means a lot of time really (dozens of hours of gameplay). However your adversaries may not give you time to develop as you please.

All historical games have a gameover date. In this case it's year 1650.
