I don't know how to do this with 10 nor am I sure how it works with the Steam version since I already had and still have Battlefront's versions on my computer and cannot say their settings did not influence the "new" Steam versions. I also found that after playing around with Steam/ToW2Africa I did something it didn't like and it would not load up. So I uninstalled the Steam version and reinstalled it from my Steam DLC folder and everything works fine again. I also have migrated much of my custom battles and campaigns over to the Steam versions and these remained after the uninstall and reinstall - so don't worry about loosing anything (nevertheless I have almost too many back up copies of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g on multiple drives.)
Making custom battles and campaigns - and especially maps - is a heck of a lot of work!! I don't intend to loose any of it.
These are the best WWII amour battles games ever produced, balancing beautiful graphics with historical accuracy (as far as they go) with involvement of a substantial level of an "human intelligence" interface! Higher levels of graphics and AI control doth not a good game make!
If there is a downside to the games it is the limits of what they cover! I'm not looking for people to game with. I'm looking for like minded people who have also determined to expand the experience - in order to trade custom content. I've been playing off and on since 2007 +/- but I hardly know everything about the games. The learning is part of the enjoyment and expansion of mental involvement.
You can play this on Windows 10. You need to go to the exe file in the F:\steam\steamapps\common\Theatre of War II Kursk 1943 .
Right click the exe file and then click on "compatibility" tab in there tick "run as admin" and set compatibility to "run as windows vista 2"
Any problem let me know and I will try to help.
Cheers.
