No Sound At All

Ive checked my computer settings as well with other games on steam. everything is working fine and has sounds except for Empires of the Undergrowth. I went into the game settings and everything seems to be fine but i have zero sound while playing empires of the Undergrowth. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Not sure where to start with this one, certainly unique - you could try verifying the game cache and see if anything needs re-downloading.

I have verified the files twice and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. Checked all my drivers on my PC. Nothing gets it to work. I sent the devs an email but i have not received one back as of yet. I enjoy the game and would like to get this issue fixed i appreciate the response.

I know this is old. But the sound is actually VERY quiet (at least on main menu), gotta boost up the speaker volume by quite a large margin. I have sound settings maxed out too, just normal "surround" sound speakers (though after I moved can only use two speakers for space I got so its not really surround sound anymore).

I plugged in my headphones just now, and its still very quiet unless boost up the windows 11 sound volume.

I am still choosing a colony name, but hopefully in-game its louder

(edit: In-game its quite a bit louder after the menu (which is extremely quiet, have to set sound to 30+ to hear anything in the menu). Sound in-game I set system volume to 20, and its plenty good.

ya wasnt low volume but issue has been fixed :)

Hello there, I`m having the no sound issue, it happened right after switching the sound device with ear trumpet, now I see no sound at all nowhere.. the last post says problem has been fixed, can you point out what the problem was? Thank you!
