Unit Regeneration

Do ants have any form of HP regen? I have only played 2 hours, but the first campaign mission was made difficult by the balancing of food in base to keep a respawn rate going as there was no form of healing available. Is this available later on in the game or would there be a way to introduce this?

You can hold alt (I think) and you'll see a health bar. One of the upgrades for the soldier in the formicarium does give soldiers extra health regen.

This! As we add more things to the game, no doubt there will be ways to increase health regeneration speed.
