Reporting Crashes

It has come to our attention that some of you are experiencing crashes, particularly when reloading formicarium from another mission. If you get any crashes, we ask politely if you could email us with the crash log files which you can find by following the link on the crash reporter (see the image linked below).

Also, could you please zip up and send us your save files too as these could be very helpful. They will usually be found at C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\EotU\Saved (where C is the drive letter of the drive with your Windows installation, and YOUR_USERNAME is your Windows username). Please note, the AppData folder is usually set to be hidden, so you will need to set Windows File Explorer to 'Show Hidden Files and Folders' (Googling this should show you how).

Game crash on level 2.1 "Beach" after playing a while.. I emailed save game and crash reports.

same here m8, i play a level, i go back to my formicarium, then it crashes, if i try to load the formicarium again, it crashes. this game needs to get patched

Game always crashes near the start of night 1 on level 2,2.

My game runs find up until I try to load the 2.1 and 2.2 in the loading menu it chrashes.

same here i have yet to get pass this one because it always freezes then crashes on the last night.

Mine too, and also when the scientist release the 60 formica rufa ants on the formicarium challenge level 2.

Ive got this same issue with constant freezes, but i've noticed that sometimes it freezes early in the mission, on the 30/30 attack, and sometimes on the devils coachs spawns, so i keep trying to play to see where it goes. After some try, i've done a underground defense only, letting my ants on the entry of the nest, and didn't click anywhere on the top, wathever has enemies on map, only when they stopped spawnning and ONLY to get some food and go back to underground. It worked verywell, the game AND the defense xD

I think it can be the overwhelming number off units in the same "level/floor"

So im starting to get issues.. The game just freezes randomly when I am trying to play the side challenges to get the food and jelly. It does well at the start and then just suddenly freezes on me. This didnt happen before the latest update. :/ im starting to get annoyed by the crashes.. makes the game un playable.

UPDATE: Tried to get the file and nothing is in said folder.. even after i had it show hidden files...so i am not sure what it goin on right now..

Bug found, some times the bugs bug when do the test by the lab so it not seem end, max time limid whould be nice.

I gess its the spiders there some times stuck in cave enter. Maby a timer make them reset at enter in cave and reset there move like they should if stand still 2 min.
Any one els got same problem??

What type you run from Windows, Mac or linux??
Seem as i read that it can be something about the hardware there bugs like having 32bit to low ram and so on. (But in all case thats normaly only explain 90% of case)

Windows 10.... the issue is with trying to switch from Fullscreen to Windowed modes....
