Hey Looplers!

So, after a year The Loopler is about to release. It has been an incredible journey and I am so thankful and grateful for all of you that has joined us, whether you've been here since the start or have only just joined. The game itself has come a long way, from that very early itch version to what is now about to release, I'm very proud to say that the vision I had to begin with has come to fruition and I am very excited to put it out there.

Alright, some information: The Loopler is launching now at a price of $9.99 with a 10% discount, this means that for launch the base game will cost you $8.99. On top of this, as a completely optional addition, the Infinity Bundle will launch, this will include the game, the official soundtrack and some cosmetic goodies. This will cost around $14.10 for launch.

I really hope you all enjoy The Loopler and I'd love to hear you in the Discord, the Steam Discussion or even the reviews, the latter being quite helpful on Steam itself.

Idk why that game cost so much ? Even Balatro price is less and i think there is a lot of game with more things in it and cost less the Loopler

full disclosure: i worked on this game, making the music and sounds. but the reason i did so is because i played the original demo, fell in love with it, and got in touch with mheep to ask if i could come aboard.

with that in mind, let me just say: i got to watch this game turn from a great little concept into a truly special fully-shaped roguelite. one of the best experiences of my life, full stop. i hope y'all love it as much as i do.

Fun little game. I do think it's more of a $4.99 kind of game, but you'll definitely get your money's worth regardless.

First and foremost I hope you’re all excited for the release, with that in mind a new release trailer has been posted, a bite size video to highlight the game and of course its release date. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_zWTEc9ULQ

Okay, so here’s a few updates, first off: The Demo Update.

The current demo was released back in February, super old. So it will be getting a huge update to reflect the full version of The Loopler. With this I hope to offer everyone a chance to get a look at what’s to come with the full game and feel a little less lost come release because, spoiler alert, the game has come a long way since the demo debuted.

(Note: Current demo progress will be reset)

What this also means is that the playtest will be taken down and no longer be available. However do not worry if you never got the chance to try it as the demo will reflect what was on the playtest.

Wrapping this up I want to make it clear that what The Loopler has become is the game I envisioned way back at the start of this journey. And the feedback received from these months of both the demo and playtest have been great for refining that vision. Incredibly grateful for all of you who have played the game, given feedback and joined the community.

With all of that said: The Loopler releases September 11th at the price of $9.99 with a 10% discount on launch. On top of that a Supporter Bundle, containing Cosmetics and the Official Soundtrack, will release alongside for those interested (Completely Optional).

I hope you will enjoy The Loopler and all of its new features such as:

No loadout to activate unlocked cards and gates?

In the demo you unlocked the loadout on level 5 and than on level 6 you got the chain gate that you had to turn on to be in your loadout. Now in 1.0 instead of the loadout you unlock the challenges. That's fine but I can't activate anything that I unlocked afterwards! I played rounds afterwards but I am pretty sure that unlocks like the chain gate are not in my pool. Is there any way to turn them on or is this an oversight?...

So I am hitting an absolute wall trying to beat hard, and part of the problem is very much that I feel like I'm lacking a lot of information about how exactly things work in this game. Some of the conversations in some other threads seem very technical, so I'm unclear on if I'm failing to intuit things other people are, or if there's information I'm simply missing somewhere (like a help button or manual or something I'm not seeing). Hello Looplers!

The fated day has now been decided.

The Loopler will be launching on September 11th 2026!

I would like to thank everyone for waiting and being patient, and most of all I would like to thank the people who have taken their time to leave feedback on both the demo and the playtest versions.
