Original release: Terrible* H scenes
Memorial Edition: All ages, a ton of new/revised content, VA for Tomoya
Perfect Edition: Memorial content, but with H scenes shoehorned in. No Tomoya VA
English Edition: Memorial Edition in English

It's less "censored" and more "director's cut".

They're really not. The H scenes before the prologue are pure fanservice and fap material, but nothing out of character for Tomoya or Tomoyo. The H scenes in the final bad end are exactly as frustrating to read as they should be. And the H scene in the true end is actually good.
