Anyone else having the problem of not getting any MPU in a region? its not hard with the major nations but with e.g sweden i got like no mpu even with hospital and 100% spening on socialist

yeah I'm playing as Bulgaria and i got every balkan nation except Greece and i got no more MPU's for my army and i don't know how to gain more.(i disbanded the old army and started making a new one but it only gave me 20 mpus)

Yea and even if there is one MPU its immidiatly gone

Do you have units being reinforced? That will take up MPUs

Not at war and all my units are not in those regions

If you upgrade units, they require MPU's to reinforce. For example, as the UK, if you upgrade all of your starting units from Infantry I and Mounted Infantry 1, to 2, they will draw MPU's to reinforce and you usually end up with provinces in Scotland and Ireland that Drain to 0 MPU's from that alone. I'd recommend not doing that as it's kind of a waste of MPU's, as creating new units or leaving the MPU's for resource gathering is overall more valuable in those provinces with low population and MPU replacement.
