in the mission the black throne the box doesn't spawn, how i can do for complete the enigma?

Which box exactly are you referring to? I assume you have checked a video walkthrough on youtube to see if you're doing everything correctly?

Don't think I've heard about that issue before. If you have an earlier save file, I'd recommend loading that and trying from there. If not, I made back-up save files for people to use a while ago. Feel free to grab one of these:
