when i start game its going like u cant save, and then they say that i can play only without saving,im gonna finish game in 1 day or what

Usually this dialogue triggers when your save data is corrupted, and it should give you a choice: continue without saving or delete data. After you delete data, saving should work normally.

If it does not offer that option, the the game might not have writing perms in the save data folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\your Steam ID\462780). Check that the can actually create and write in that folder, and type "Ransomeware protection" in Windows search--make sure that "controlled folder access" is turned off there.
