[OK] - stuck - portals do not throw me high enough anymore

Hello !
I'am currently re-playing this game in my computer, years later playing it on console.
however, I am currently stuck somewhere in the Tower (Black Throne) with the portals :

I made two videos to show my problems :

The thing is : the first time I went it worked well, I went to the miniboss and came back with the sphere full of energy. But I forgot to get an artefact, so I tried to go back but the portal didn't let me pass (same as the video).

=> So i told myself, "oh there is no going back, but I can still reload the game to a prior point"
So I did reload the game but the road is still closed :/

Someone had the same bug ? Can I have a developper attention on that ?

you need to CHARGE portals. hold "shoot" button while making both portals =)

You were right, I didn't understand how I could forget by the time I came here. That's the price to play once in a while I suppose

game is doing poor job in explaining that mechanics - a tutorial appears only once and after closing it you cannot read it again
