Controller or Keyboard & mouse
Im pretty sure this question has been asked millions of time in this game.
But I do not own a controller as of right now. Does playing with a controller makes the game more enjoyable instead of a Keyboard? Cheers

I still haven't tried the warmastered edition as i play right now the deathinitive one. But having finished both games some years ago and tried both styles (K+M and pad) ,i still prefer the first one. At least for me dk2 right now is more playable with the keyboard so i guess it will be the same with this version also.
I tried the controller (dk2 speaking) but the camera and gun is really hard to do. With the mouse i dont need to lock enemies and i have better view of my surroundings during battle.

I personally can't stand this game without a controller. Like every other game in the modern beat-em-up genre, the camera controls with M&K are atrocious. Apparently that opinion is not shared by everyone, so just try it. If you don't like it with mouse and keyboard, give it a try with a gamepad.

If you use the Steam Controller, don't use the default; go into the controller config and switch the mapping to "Gamepad." The default controls simply don't function as explained by the on-screen prompts. For example: in the initial battle, when the game says to use the left squeeze (I think the game calls it "LG" for "left grip") to enter chaos form (I think that's what it's called), left squeeze does nothing at all.

In addition: the on-screen prompts for the left and right shoulder buttons don't use the conventional "RT" and "RB" but use... something else. As undeniably-counterintuitive as it is for "RT" to mean "right bottom" while "RB" means "right top," it's been the convention for years now. You can't use the same controller as everyone else and just call the buttons different names with no explanation.

RB= Right Bumper. RT = Right Trigger

Didn't say (s)he was wrong. Said (s)he is stupid. A broken clock is right twice a day but looking at it will still never be useful.

Ghuldarker is correct when (s)he names the buttons. (S)He is stupid for somehow inferring that I don't know what the buttons are called, or that even if I didn't, that telling me the names would make the short-hand RT and RB somehow more intuitive. If you have to explain it, IT'S NOT INTUITIVE! That's what "intuitive" means.

But apart from that, what RT and RB stand for are not relevant to the conversation. My point was that the Steam Controller keybinds for this game use different names than RT and RB when every other game calls them that. I then explained that while the RT/RB nomenclature is counterintuitive, it is the established standard and one should (in general) stick to established standards to avoid confusion.

TL;DR
Read my whole post and it will be obvious why pointing out the names of the buttons is unnecessary to the point of stupidity.

If you read your own post, you'd notice how utterly bad you are at correctly stating that you're talking about intuitivity, and instead you make yourself not only look like a friggin moron, but also like an absolute donkey by angrily trying to weasel yourself out of a situation. But hey, you do you, you're a big grown up boy who can make his own decisions.

I can only assume you're talking about the post where I said:

I'm trying to understand how that could be taken to mean anything other than "this is counterintuitive but it's the accepted standard, so please follow it." Please tell me what you thought I meant so I can clear-up the confusion.

PS A Steam forum wannabe troll is not nearly enough to get me angry. Just sit down before you hurt yourself.

I'm not even trying, but you're trying to be as toxic as possible while I pointed out information you were not privy of, apparently.

Trollolollollololololllollolollol.

Now that's out of the way:

Yeah; I can tell you're not even trying. If you were, you'd tell me what you thought I meant that was somehow anything other than what I actually said. You challenged me to prove that I was ever talking about "intuitivity," so I showed you that's all I was ever talking about. If you'd like to stop being a butthurt little baby, I'd love to figure out where the misunderstanding actually occured here.

I didn't challenge you to anything, you only took it as a challenge. What're you gonna do next? explain me how you were top of your class in the Navy Seals?

Still just waiting for you to explain what you thought I meant.
