I defeated Tiamat, Vulgrim says I can use the Snake Holes. I'm kinda lost though, not sure where I go from here.

Any help would be appreciated.

snake holes are fast travel system that you access by talking to vulgrim. so his shop doubles as a fast travel point. Samael wanted tiamat's heart, so now that you have it, go back to samael in the scalding gallow and go talk to him.

If someone sees this in 2022 and havent unlocked the scalding gallow yet then go to the crossround and go through the building and you will be there in 2-3 min.
Vulgrim is where samael is but to the left of the platform to unlock the wurm hole, where the chest is
