Question about Opening Scene

Hey,
Just got this Warmastered Edition. I'd owned DSII \Deathfinative Ed for a while now.
First off, this is a really nice looking and playing remake!

As I've only just now started playing DS 1 I don't know what the original version looked like really. Did the original DarkSiders 1 have that CGI movie at the beggining like the Warmastered edition does. I was honestly quite surprised by it, because it was done quite well and Darksiders II didn't have such a high quaity intro. Which is unusual if they did for pt1, you'd think they'd have done for pt2, unless it was a budget issue or it was special added for this Warmastered Edition.

The original has that opening CGI movie, yes. Everything in Warmastered edition was in the original, just with uglier textures. Warmastered really does look *a lot* better, and also handles larger on-screen crowds of enemies much better. But beyond that, they did not add anything new.

They must have slashed such a thing out of the budget for DS II then, as I remember it had that semi animated intro but most everythign was in game for cinematics.
It's wierd because I do think that DS 1 WarMastered is better looking than DS II Deathfinative

Dude, that second Darksiders II trailer should have been in the game, it's def good quality.
