But i like to enjoy my games fullscreen => full immersion
b4 that update, as in the big update for pyre today. i was humming along @ 60 fps full screen. 1920 x 1080. nice.
post update - turn on the steam fps counter, i could tell it was running like dog crap, & it is:
results = fullscreen 20 fps. ick.
borderless = 60.
that i could live with, but its not full screen, as in does not fill the screen,as in i dont like it. nope.
fix this please & thank you.

edit =
its cray cray, but if i press alt + z, to bring up nvidia experience interface, while pyre's running, this seems to boost fps from 20 fps, to 60, in fs suddenly.
In the meantime, try launching the game not in FullScreen (but still filling your full display seamlessly) with the following Launch Options:
/FullScreen=false /NoBorder=true /X=1920 /Y=1080 /WindowX=0 /WindowY=0
Replacing X and Y with your native or preferred resolution.
To set Launch Options, right-click on Pyre in your game library, select Properties, then click on "Set Launch Options..."
this masterpiece need to be played full screen xP
if youve a similar pc & nvidia experience, press alt + z, to call it up while pyre is running. (like so the user interface appears on screen)
if you do it right you should notice the boost in fps to around 60.
you can enable the fps counter by going to steam > settings > in game > toggle fps counter on.
thats what im doing till they sort it out & it works.
If you're still experiencing framerate issues after updating, try adding to your launch options:
/NoFixedStep=true /SwapInterval=0
Please try them both together and individually. These should unlock the game's framerate if there is a vsync compatibility issue with with your graphics card or monitor.
To set Launch Options, right-click on Pyre in your game library, select Properties, then click on "Set Launch Options..."
A couple other things to try if the above launch options still aren't helping:
1. Disable the GeForce Experience Overlay
2. If you have multiple graphics cards (even an integrated one in addition to a standalone card), try disabling one and forcing it your PC to use the other
