If you've seen some reference to there being co-op, please point me to it so I can make sure there isn't an incorrect source of that information floating around.
The game has a single-player campaign and a Versus Mode for one or two players.
Yours is a cool suggestion for co-op though would have made for a very different game than the one we've made!
They did not take time to implement online play.
It might be possible to mod LAN play to play online but since Supergiant could not spend too much time on coop it is possible that there will be lags and bugs and stuff.
Wanted to note there is no LAN mode in Pyre. Versus Mode is for two players on the same system (or one player against the CPU).
