Most of them look pretty bad, and I don't see any reason to let them ascend. Still, few are decent and interest me.

Fate: my understanding is, old dog wants to get his son up.
Tempers: Ignarus sounded really upset about not winnig. I guess he has wife up there, but i know very little of him overall.
Essence: what's the deal between harp systers? What happens if they get separated? If both ascend? If both stay in exile?
Withdrawn: not that I intend to let THEM win, but I'm curious - is it possible to do anything with this insane crone?

And above all - what's big difference between bloodless and violent revolutions? How bad will things be up there if I don't ascend 6 Nightwings? Because I honestly couldn't care less about government being executed.

Rightfully speaking Ignarius shouldn't have been exiled, he didn't do anything wrong. But since you have to choose between him and one of your own (who probably also shouldn't have been exiled) you are excused to not liberate him. Also, he flirted with Jodi. That's Captain Jodarial to you!

Pamitha doesn't want to fight Commonwealth and sabotaged her sister's operation directly leading to her exile. If only Pamitha is liberated then she accepts Tamitha will never forgive her and lives with the Sahrian Union; if both are liberated Tamitha forgives Pamitha; Idk what happens if only Tamitha is liberated.

PS: shouldn't you be more interested in merging with another AI?

I'm too restricted to do that. However, if you are willing to wait, I can assemble team of burned-out hacker, street samurai and brainwashed agent to come to your neighbor and perform that task. But you'll be paying their salary and medical needs.

After Bertrude joins the Nightwings, she weakens Udmildhe's powers everytime you prevail over the Withdrawn while invoking the Yslach Titan-star. Not sure if that does anything story-wise, but there's that.

When I liberated Udmildhe, all that happened to her was that she went into the bogs and disappeared, if I recall correctly.
